e-Statement FAQ
What are E-Statements?
It’s an electronic version of your monthly or quarterly statement that you view online.
How do I sign up to have my statements delivered electronically?
First, you need to be enrolled in Online Account Access. If you’re not enrolled already, contact NPM Credit Union or visit www.npmcu.com.
Follow these steps after you sign up for Online Account Access to get started with E-Statements:
1. Log in to your Online Account Access at www.npmcu.com
2. Click on E-Statements
3. Read the disclosure and click the “I Accept” button
4. You are now signed up to receive E-Statements from NPM Credit Union
What information is available through NPM Credit Union’s E-Statement program?
Your statements will contain the same information that you receive on your paper statement.
How much does the E-Statement program cost?
There is no charge for our E-Statement program.
When will I receive my E-Statement?
Your statement will be available within the first couple days of the month. You will receive an email notification.
How do I view my E-Statement?
You have access to your E-Statement 24/7 by signing in to your Online Account Access and selecting E-Statements.
Are E-Statements secure?
Yes, your E-Statements are accessed with your User ID and security password (known only to you). NPM Credit Union’s E-Statement program is protected by 128-bit encryption to ensure that your private information stays private.
What if I change my email address?
Update your email address through Online Account Access by clicking User Options, on the left hand side of screen. This ensures you will receive notification when your statement is available. You can also contact the Credit Union to change it.
Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement?
You can either have a paper or an electronic statement, but not both.
Will I still receive the newsletter?
The newsletter, along with other inserts, will be available to view in Online Account Access.
Can I cancel E-Statements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact the Credit Union at (920) 432-9044 and ask to change your statements back to paper.
How long will my E-Statements be available for viewing?
You will be able to view at least six months of history.
Can joint members enroll for E-Statements?
For privacy reasons, only the primary member can sign an account up for E-Statements.
Can I still view my statement if I accidentally delete my e-mail notification that they are ready to view?
Even if you delete the email notification you can access your statement via Online Account Access.
What do I need to view my E-Statement?
To access and retain copies of your online E-Statement or other notices, you will need a computer with a working Internet connection and a web browser version of Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox® 3 or higher, Safari® 4 or higher, or AOL® 8 or higher. Macintosh® users will need Safari ®3 or higher, or Firefox® 3 or higher. Adobe® Reader® version 7 or higher is also required to view your statements. Your browser must be enabled to accept cookies and JavaScript. If you don’t already have Adobe® Reader® 7 you can download it for free from www.adobe.com.
